Vendor Terms & Conditions

This is the terms and conditions to be a vendor at the world's only Quality mark bronze accredited Polynesian Night market!  Across Auckland. 


SET UP and PACK DOWN TIMES:
Set-up time for vendors is from 3 pm to 5.30 pm (No earlier or later please).  Close down is strictly 10 pm. If you sell out before 10 pm you will not be able to drive in or out until 11 pm or until the public has left the premises, so please make enough to last at least to 10 pm.
Vendors are to provide their own tables, chairs and/or other equipment needed for their set-up.  


SELLING FOOD
Hopefully, by now you have your food licenses sorted. If not, please CALL US ON 0272378294 Food grades or proof of registration need to be displayed.

VENDOR STALL FEES

  • General Stalls = Non Food Stalls

  • Lite Food Stalls = Nothing priced over $9.99 per unit and or block is less than 3x3m.

The fee is $60.00 inclusive of gst.

 

  • Heavy Food Stalls = Products priced over $10.00 per unit and or block is 3x3m or more.

The fee is $100.00 inclusive of gst.

Power available is limited, so it is on a first-in, first-served basis.  If you require power, there is a $20.00 surcharge per outlet**  

VENDOR STALL PAYMENT

When you complete your vendor application form - you will see a post-submission message. Please read this as it explains how to make payment.

When making payment - please ensure you use the following reference details so we know which payment is yours.
Reference: Your business name
Particulars: Date of the market you wish to attend

Payments must be made to confirm your booking on a first in first served basis. If we do not receive payment by Wednesday 5pm before each market, we reserve the right to release your booking without notice and offer the space to a wait listed vendor. Strictly NO blocks will be reserved for unpaid stalls and priority blocks will be given to paid and compliant stall holders only.



DEFAULTS
If you cannot make the payment before the date due you may be declined a space at the market.  If you arrange to pay on the day, one of our staff will come around to collect your stall fee. (Please see the declaration section of this form for default terms and conditions for non-payment). But you cannot reserve a block beforehand.


CANCELLATIONS & BLOCKS
No refund is given if cancellation is less than 7 days from the event.  Please do not pay to confirm a block unless you are sure to attend.


ENVIRONMENTAL AND HEALTH AND SAFETY (EHS)
PolyX Ltd is committed to supporting the clean and green image of New Zealand which is also in line with Qualmark certification. As such all our partners must use environmentally friendly products ( bio-degradable plates, shopping bags, etc) and have processes that minimize waste and use of plastic materials. Each vendor is responsible for collecting its own waste at the end of every event.
Poly X Limited EHS procedures will be outlined to you and agreed upon prior to participating in any approved activity.


PROMOTING
It is the vendor’s responsibility to do their own promotions.  To access the graphics please 'like' the PolyX NZ Facebook page and reshare them to all your own contacts.
We can provide support and continue to promote your stall using our social media platforms i.e. Facebook & Instagram and now tik tok.


PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY (Including if you apply for the PBT subsidy)
All information gathered is strictly confidential and will only be used for the purpose of assessing your application, managing your account and or applications made for vendor subsidies available to you.
 You may access your information at any time by contacting Mandy.


Final approval and allocated space are only granted to paid and compliant stalls only.
