COVID19  CANCELLATION

While Aotearoa NZ is under Level 1. the following cancellation terms apply for Polyx Ltd. 50% refund for bookings cancelled within 30 days prior to your booked event, email contact must be made by 12.00pm – 30 days before your booked event (excluding bank fees, booking fees, etc) 100% refund for bookings cancelled 31 days prior to your booked event, email contact must be made by 12.00pm – 31 days before booked event (excluding bank fees, booking fees, etc)

There is no refund offered for cancellations made on the same day Experiences may be rescheduled/cancelled if minimum numbers are not met.

Guests not able to join rescheduled events will be offered a full refund.

All cancellation & refund requests must be made through email – contact@polyx.nz (Please email us at contact@polyx.nz about rebooking your experience on another day/time to avoid all cancellation fees).

PRICING

This website contains price information. The price advertised may not be the same price charged to the credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations. This means that because we are based in New Zealand, we have to convert your purchase to New Zealand dollars at the exchange rate on the day it is processed. So if you purchase on this website, you will always be charged the equivalent in New Zealand dollars at the bank exchange rate of the day.

To ensure we are publishing content customers need and want, PolyX Ltd collects aggregated site-visitation statistics using cookies. We do not track individuals’ use of the site.
